This page outlines the terms and conditions for ordering flowers and gifts from Awesome Blossom.
Ordering
Placing an order is simple. Browse our online shop and add your chosen flowers or gifts to your basket. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and provide the necessary details to complete your order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders may also be placed and paid for by telephone.
If you are ordering from outside the USA, your card provider will automatically convert the transaction into your local currency.
Order Acceptance
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation that it has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and the order is accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or adjust an order if there is a pricing error or if a product is unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you before proceeding.
Delivery
Same day delivery is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 2pm (local time).
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next available delivery day. Orders requested for public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
We deliver within the USA. For international delivery requests, please contact us directly.
Timed deliveries are not guaranteed, except for weddings and funeral arrangements.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made once. If the recipient is not available, we may leave the order with a neighbor where appropriate or leave a delivery notice for collection.
If the recipient is unable to collect, a redelivery may be arranged.
We are not responsible for loss or damage if items are left at the delivery location or with a third party.
Substitution
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or containers may be substituted. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and similar style.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or delivery has begun.
Product Care
We take great care in preparing fresh floral arrangements. To ensure maximum longevity, flowers should be properly cared for after delivery.
Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely. Payment information is encrypted and handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our website.

We are committed to providing high-quality flowers and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any issues must be reported within 1 working day of delivery.
Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of management. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
